Yoga
I teach three types of yoga.
My vinyasa classes are the most active ones built on one breath-one movement dynamic. Each class is different and sequences focus on strengthening and toning the muscles, increasing flexibility and connecting postures with our breath.
Hatha classes are more static where we hold the poses for 3-5 breaths to allow proper alignment. These classes focus on breath-work, meditation, relaxation but also building strength and flexibility. These classes are great if you like to build and learn about the yoga foundations.
Yin classes are the most gentle and relaxing in which we will be more grounded to the mat, holding each pose for 3-5 minutes. Extensive time in each pose allows to work with our deep connective tissues and joints to build flexibility and mobility.
All my classes are for all levels- I will adjust the sequences according to the students and the general vibe of the class
